It will include easy and fun  meditations and relaxation techniques to promote and enhance your ability to de-stress and to adopt when you return home.

We put together an incredible combination of coaching and a stunning environment in the Caribbean The all-inclusive spa is set in 40 acres of tropical grounds in the south west of Grenada on beautiful Pink Gin beach and offers complimentary spa treatments, plus great scuba diving and water sports , golf , tennis , yoga, and additional classes on holistic life coaching and psychic development. La Source seemed to be the ideal place to launch the new courses as their strap line is

"Amazing Things Happen When You Introduce Your Body To Your Mind"

We did and it happened! The results and feedback from the class participants were phenomenal.

The relaxation pavilion where the classes were held.

We shared laughter and sometimes tears and firm friendships were made within the group of International clients who came from Canada, U.S.A. Denmark and all over the U.K.

Thank you to each and everyone of you. It was an amazing experience and privilege to work with you.

I hope you will join us at La Source on our next visit.. Each session is a stand alone topic, so come for a long week-end, a week, or the full two weeks!

A small selection of the testimonials

"Rob and I chose La Source as a last minute holiday last November. We knew that we fancied an activity holiday and the travel agent recommended Granada as having the best weather (for the shortest flight) at that time of year. For the facilities, La Source offered the best value for money and I loved the fact that it was smaller. We loved the daily newsletter listing out all of the activities for the next day, and the notice of Alison's classes caught my eye. I've always been interested in personal development, but having a safe environment to explore psychic personal development really attracted me. With a little trepidation I attended the first class, a mixed group of all ages, with every personality you could imagine, but we were all there as novices or complete beginners, I can only describe it as magical. Alison's ability to hold all of our attention through a 'guided visualisation' was incredible. I'd never done anything like that before, but it was an amazing, calming experience. Over the next couple of sessions, and quite a few tears, questions that I had needed to ask myself, but had been putting off, started to have answers. It wasn't in the least spooky, we didn't hear voices or see unusual things, we journeyed in our minds and sometimes we had a guide to show us the way. So where am I five months later? I resigned from a job that was making me miserable although albeit very lucrative, focused my attention on a hobby business which I'm now turning into a career (300% sales increase on last year and still growing). I found the 'me' I was supposed to be, but hadn't realised I'd been holding back. I cannot even begin to say thank you enough to Alison for starting me on my journey." Rachael

"Your class gave me a renewed sense of self. Before attending I was weary, frustrated, uninspired and had lost myself and my hope of ever being at peace again. In four short hours I felt more balanced, confident and hopeful. Your ability to inspire and heal is unequalled and very much appreciated" D.C. Connecticut. U.S.A.

"The course provided such healing and caring, and for me has proven to be life changing. This was down to Alison's gentle style of teaching and coaching. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It has provided such a restful and healing experience" C.S. London

"As a result of a devastating loss in my life, I arrived at the course in bad shape, on the edge of a nervous collapse. Alison's classes in life coaching were a blessing. As I participated in the comfort and healing energy she provided bringing together a group of strangers and guiding us with gentle warmth through exercises and discussions of evaluation, moving forward to greater awareness and groundedness.

This week has put me back in touch with who I am. The combination of Spiritual work and the healing have strengthened me to face my life's challenges. With humble gratitude. A.L.W. Canada.

"Nothing will ever be the same! It exceeded my expectations many times over. I wish others were as lucky to have this chance. Thank you for ever Dr A.E.O. London

"I have learnt so much about myself. Thank you." E.S. London

Thank you to the management of La Source and everyone who attended the course who made it such a success.

Please contact me for further details if you would like to join us next year in May. Walk in gentleness

La Source, Grenada: the amazing holiday
By suzidixon
Have you taken a look at www.theamazingholiday.com? When I found out my May holiday destination had that URL, I thought it was merely a marketing ploy, something to put La Source, Grenada, ahead of the plethora of Caribbean resorts that offer rest, relaxation and a break from the daily grind.
I mean, it’s not hard to claim to be paradise when you are set in such beautiful surroundings, right?
But you could set La Source in a south Somerset council estate and the team could still produce something wonderful, I’m sure. I have never felt so cosseted, looked after, wrapped in cotton wool. The staff knew what I needed before I did. And I don’t just mean cocktails and an all-inclusive buffet – the spa and activities programme are first rate, too.
This isn’t a travel blog, as I hope to write a more thorough review. It’s not a health feature, as I plan to write about how I actually *lost* four pounds drinking cocktails and eating burgers at a later date. It’s not a news piece, either – for more information about the new management team, you can see the main Telegraph website.
This is merely a blog to say thank you.
Mark Grebby and his excellent team literally picked me up and sorted me out. Unlike other holidays, where you come home exhausted, I’ve brought a bit of La Source home with me.
You could say it was good luck that my first class on my first day was a meditation session with life coach Alison Kynaston Jones – or you could point out that Mr Grebby recommended it over breakfast, again knowing what I needed before I did. Jetlag, insomnia and some travel companion issues were threatening to ruin my holiday but a combination of that meditation, some kind words from Alison, the purchase of a hot pink bikini and, yes, a *couple* of cocktails, I started to feel like myself again.
I made the most of the activities on offer, attending a Caribbean dance class, life mapping sessions, training in the gym, swimming and aqua aerobics and so on. My favourite part of the day was beach volleyball at 5pm with my buddies. We’d neck beers and tease each other as the sun went down, then rush to get ready for dinner and more fun.
Just over two years ago, I started having panic attacks. They are dehabilitating at their worst and at times, I’ve been scared to leave the house. I’ve had panic attacks at work events, in supermarkets and of course on a plane.
They will probably always be with me but certain techniques can help. La Source reminded me of the need to work on it every day and also gave me some new ideas. I warded off three panic attacks in a week – I always get more when I travel as I hate to fly – using techniques recommended by Alison and the team.
But more importantly, I’ve changed direction. I’m home now, writing this from the Urban Reef cafe on Boscombe pier. You see, at La Source, I got into the most lovely daily routine, that included a bit of writing, a bit of gym, a bit of food and a lot of time on the beach. I’ve figured I can do all that now I’m home.
I can make time for myself, exercise, be a bit braver, a bit more confident. I can handle anything my stupid body wants to throw at me.
And from where I’m sat, I can even see a volleyball net… and it’s 4.55pm…
So thank you Mr Grebby and the team. I don’t know how I can ever repay you. How about I make a start by putting all I learnt into practise? I hope I can make you proud.
