Situated on the outskirts of Oswestry, nestled on the Shropshire/North Wales border. The stunning converted barn, set in 3/4 of an acre, (featured in a recent issue of Shropshire Life in an article entitled "Barns to be seen in" ) enjoys wonderful uninterrupted views of fields and rolling hills. We are very close to Chirk castle and just nine miles away from Llangollen , a beautiful picturesque Welsh village. There are magnificent walks , so do bring your walking boots if you are so inclined.
Guests are free to come and go as they please and to take the time to unwind and relax in friendly surroundings.
Decorated to the highest standard with an eclectic mixture of modern and antique furniture there is an immediate feeling of relaxation and calm as soon as you walk in
The accommodation comprises of one double room with an en suite shower, and a twin room with the use of the luxury roll top bath and bathroom. Please note that this is located downstairs.
We have a wood burning fire in the relaxed sitting room with french doors that lead out onto the Spiritual and Japanese gardens. In addition there is a more informal conservatory in which you can relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding fields.
There is a newly created Summer House at the bottom of the garden where you can contemplate, meditate or relax and read a book in.
The hot tub , complete with lights and music, is a magical place to watch the world go by in , or count the stars at night, so do bring a swimsuit.
Light lunches are available in the large farm house kitchen, or packed lunches can be provided if required. Dinner is included and can be served in the dining room or the kitchen. Please feel free to bring your own wine.

We offer two, three, or four day bespoke mid week breaks from Monday to Friday. Just tell us what you would like and we will arrange a package of holistic treatments to suit your requirements and maximise your well being. The treatments, on or off site , include Indian Head Massage, life coaching ,reflexology,meditation classes, re-balancing visualisations,tarot readings and a range of beauty treatments.
The cost of the treatments are in addition to the daily rate of £75.00* . Please let us have an indication of which treatments you might like to include in plenty of time, so we can ensure that the most suitable therapist is available for you.
* Individual life coaching courses are available at an additional cost . Please contact me for a bespoke package to suit your specific needs and requirements.
Please note that we have four scotties, Thelma , Louise , Alvin and Rio. They do have the run of the house, but are not allowed in your bedroom!
There are also riding stables just up the lane. A non refundable deposit of £75.00 is required to confirm your booking.
