A Psychic Development Workshop with Alison Kynaston Jones
June 20th 2010, 10 am -4pm at Sycamore Croft. St Martins. Shropshire
A limited number of places are available for those who wish to gain a greater understanding of how to work with Spirit.
The day will be a series of experimental work in order for you to gain a stronger link to your Spirit Guides and Helpers.
It will include:
- Guided meditation
- Exercises in gaining confidence with the unseen.(Recognising the difference between true communication and imagination)
- Psychometry
- Spiritual Healing
- Developing the psychic and mediumistic links
- A Question and Answer session
Many wonderful things can happen in this environment. It will be a day to remember and to show you how to strengthen your link with Spirit.
Please bring a note book and pen with you. Printed hand outs will be given to each participant.
The cost of the workshop is £45.00 per person , payable in advance to secure your place. Please arrive promptly and bring contribution for a shared lunch with you. Tea and coffee will be provided.

This course takes you on a journey of inner discovery. As we go through life, things happen to us , we change ,evolve and grow, sometimes we loose track of who we are and need to refocus on what is important and just” fine tune “where we are at.
Much has been written about the Laws of Attraction, cosmic ordering and the power of positivity. During this master class we will look at what it involves, the cause and effect and how a new outlook has the potential to change the way that you live your life going forward to reach your full potential.
The aim of the course is to help you to:
- Release old programming and patterns.
- Recognise and implement the Laws of Attraction.
- Learning to make time for yourself and prioritise.
- Live the life that you deserve to lead.
- Understand the importance of creating positive boundaries.

Meditation and Visualisation Classes
Meditation is a technique for working with the mind. If you think of the mind as a tool then the first step in putting it to use should be to Meditation is not trying to solve the problems but to relax around them, to change the attitude to them.
The course will teach you as a group, and individually, different techniques that you can use in your every day life. the course is aimed at men and women who feel the need to unwind and get the balance back into their busy lives.
Whilst this is a holistic approach touching mind, body and Spirit, it is not a religious course in any way.
It covers a combination of guided and self induced meditations , exploring what suits your individual needs best. There will also be a discussion after the meditation to allow you the opportunity of sharing the results with the group.
In addition you will be given written examples of meditations to practise at home. I would ask you to be able to commit to the six weeks.This is important as you are making a contract with yourself to take time out of your busy schedules for yourself.
Meditation can help you deal with: illness in yourself and others,anger management, sleeping more restfully,self esteem and inner contentment.
Regular classes are held throughout the year, here in Oswestry and afternoon sessions for small groups are also available. Please contact me to find out when the next group is starting.

Psychic Development Groups
There is currently a weekly evening group running for intermediary level.The class has a maximum of ten people. Joining the class is dependent on the space available and an intial interview to assess suitability and level of commitment. We cover all aspects of psychic development including, psychometry, Spiritual healing, connecting with Spirit.
The class lasts two hours and includes different types of mental mediumship including meditation, group exercises and individual work.
Private tuition or afternoon classes are available by separate arrangement.

"Rob and I chose La Source as a last minute holiday last November. We knew that we fancied an activity holiday and the travel agent recommended Granada as having the best weather (for the shortest flight) at that time of year.
